The location was IDEAL! for exploring all the main attractions. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. It had everything I needed. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, nice for a relaxing stay after long days.
The elevator was a bit slow, sometimes requiring a short wait.

The apartment was clean and spacious! It had everything I needed for my stay. Jane let me keep my luggage there the next day. Paul at reception was especially helpful.

the location was optimal for the night out we wanted. it was in the main area but far enough away for restful sleep. the staff i spoke with on the phone were helpful and understanding with some members staying until transport arrived. we checked in early and some entertainment was allowed during the day. the size was great for our party and the roof terrace was a lovely bonus.
it was very NOISY ALL night long. a club was next door and there was constant talking. there was also the music boom boom boom i could hear. the sofa bed was comfortable but the emergency exit and large roof lights made it too bright all night.

unbearably hotluggage area
i experienced difficulties with the room's temperature (it was uncomfortably hot). there were no windows i could open to get fresh air. also, the lack of a designated area to leave luggage before check-in was an inconvenience. this caused a bit of an issue, especially since i arrived early.
